THE WORK • We are seeking a talented and experienced Aegis Weapon System (AWS) Instructor to support the Aegis International Programs team and conduct Schoolhouse and Waterfront training. • This individual will support a multi-instructor and developer workforce providing instruction and curricula updates for our International Program customers and in support of schoolhouse and shipboard training. • Assist in the development of new training materials, revise existing curricula, and support simulation development, virtual courseware updates and deployment. • Deliver formal training for internal and external customers, conduct instructor evaluations, and submit training reports. • The work for this position will primarily be in Dahlgren, VA.
