Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to lead the technical implementation of a cutting-edge Enterprise AI products for top-tier pharmaceutical clients. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, client-facing leadership, and change management expertise to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of complex agentic AI data driven solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of a complex Enterprise AI products across global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between client stakeholders, internal development teams, data scientists, and product managers.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for client specific AI assistants, agents and models, and oversee implementation to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant solutions.
• Drive technical project planning, resourcing, timelines, and risk management.
• Partner with client change management and transformation teams to support adoption and integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
• Facilitate technical workshops, architecture reviews, and data integration planning sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Guide clients through data onboarding, data governance, and compliance.
• Advocate for technical excellence, solution integrity, and continuous improvement across projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering); MBA or consulting experience is a strong plus
• 8–12+ years of experience in technical consulting, data, and AI implementation, or solution architecture—ideally within a top consulting firm or life sciences technology provider.
• Experience deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise software platforms in support of Life Sciences use cases.
• Deep knowledge of real world data (claims, EMR, registries, etc.), data integration in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience managing complex technical programs or platforms for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, and MLOps best practices.
• Comfortable working with engineering, data science, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior work with AI/ML-based products in life sciences.
• Experience navigating regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
• Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, and modern MLOps frameworks.
